Metrinah Mumba

Metrinah Mumba is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in leading projects, programs, and organizational initiatives. As a strategic and innovative founder, she is driven by a passion for transforming visionary ideas into impactful, results-oriented solutions. A committed humanitarian and entrepreneurial leader, Metrinah is dedicated to advancing health, education, and poverty alleviation across underserved communities.

She is the founder and CEO of Full Stop Convenience, a multi-service enterprise she established to provide accessible and reliable retail and essential services. Under her leadership, the business has evolved to offer a broad range of consumer goods and value-added services aimed at improving daily living standards and supporting local economic development.

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Metrinah is a passionate advocate for the marginalized communities in Zambia. Through grassroots outreach initiatives, she has delivered vital support, including food, clothing, skills training and basic necessities, to vulnerable populations. Her work continues to inspire community transformation through inclusive, sustainable impact. Metrinah continues to be an ambassador and strong supporter of the U.S.-based organization Fountain of Life Africa (FOLA), advocating for access to clean water, health care, and basic education.

Operations Manager

Taonga Phiri is a passionate and results-driven professional with two years of experience in office management and administrative roles. She possesses excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional support. Deeply committed to voluntary work, Taonga is dedicated to empowering women and young girls by equipping them with life survival skills to foster self-reliance. She aspires to expand her career by contributing to efforts that mitigate early marriages and teenage pregnancies within communities.

Michelle Mumba

Business Development Coordinator - Southern Region

Michelle Mumba is a philanthropist, human rights advocate, and social entrepreneur with a strong legal background. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and has dedicated her career to promoting justice, equity, and human dignity. As the founder of Love Unite Foundation, she leads efforts to advance gender equality, protect children's rights, and support survivors of gender-based violence through advocacy, education, and sustainable livelihoods. In partnership with Full Stop, her foundation works to strengthen support systems for survivors. As Business Development Manager for the Southern Region, Michelle drives community engagement, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions to address systemic social challenges.

Mya Mumba

Business Development Coordinator - Western Region

Mya is a Nuclear Physics and Technologies graduate working at First Quantum Minerals under the S3 Operational Readiness team at Kansanshi Mining Plc, supporting pre-commissioning, workshop planning, and logistics. She also contributes to operations at Full Stop, using her technical and organizational skills to improve service delivery. As Public Relations Officer for the Love Unite Foundation, she promotes youth empowerment and community outreach in partnership with Full Stop Convenience. In addition, Mya is a passionate visual artist specializing in oil and acrylic portraiture and abstract work.
